Studio Policies
Please ensure you arrive on time. If possible, please remove all make-up with an oil-free cleanser before you arrive for the treatment.
Please disclose knowledge of any conditions that may require additional care to make your experience comfortable (pregnancy, injury, medications).
Please refrain from using phones during the service and, when possible, ensure phones are switched off when you arrive to avoid any unnecessary interruptions during treatment. Please keep in mind I require 100% focus to ensure the quality of work. Please understand the art of eyelash extensions and eyelash lifts is precision work; working with fine lashes, adhesives, and tweezers.
To accommodate all clients, a cancellation policy is in place. You can reschedule or cancel appointments booked online 24 hours before the appointment. No-shows will be charged 100% to the card on file; if there is not one, an invoice will be sent.
Your appointment is set aside specifically for you to relax and enjoy being pampered. So as not to inconvenience other clients, I will not run into someone else’s appointed time if you arrive late. Arriving late means your appointment will be cut short, and we may not have the time required to apply as many lashes as you would like. Standard fees will still apply.
Methods of payment accepted are cash, e-transfer, debit or Visa/Mastercard, and Lash Room gift cards. GST is included in treatment prices.
